If you are a returning student:

1. Use the Forgot Username function to retrieve your username. Be sure to use the Email Address used previously. |https://registration.xenegrade.com/citytech/forgotPassword.cfm?useReq=1
   You will receive an email with your UserName.
   
2. Using the retrieved UserName and Email Address, use the Forgot Password function to reset your password.

   You will receive an email to reset your password.
   
3. This can all be accessed from the Login Screen right below the Username and Password fields. https://registration.xenegrade.com/citytech/checkoutsignin.cfm
