Property and Mineral Ownership

Understanding property and mineral ownership and the transferring of title is critical for all those working in petroleum land management. This course takes an in-depth and thorough look at the subject, studying land and mineral ownership in the United States, differing types of property ownership, the rules surrounding mineral and royalty ownership, the rules for conveying property, varying types of conveyances, testate and intestate succession, the many types of title transfers that result from court actions, curing land titles and the laws governing oil and gas ownership and development. Withdrawal, Reschedule and Refund Policy

Withdrawals requested within five (5) business days from a class start date will result in a full refund minus a processing fee of $100.

Withdrawals or reschedules requested later than five (5) business days from a class start date will result in no refund.

Reschedules requested later than five (5) business days but not exceeding ten (10) business days from a class start date are eligible to have the class tuition fee applied towards another class minus a processing fee of $100.
