Description: What wine is best? How do I serve it? What is the difference between wines? For those who continue with the longer Wine course such questions will be answered while tasting some of the world’s finest. Grapes, geography, culture and climate will figure into this further exploration of the world’s great wine regions: France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the New World and more. Each class in the four-week series is two and a half hours, with five really nice wines tasted each meeting. Cheese and crackers provided. Students must be at least 21 years of age. Please bring photo ID and two wine glasses. |
