Description: The current climate of uncertainty in the Nonprofit market means that Board members and other stakeholders must bring their “A Game” to strategic planning. This course will reveal a way for Nonprofit groups and individuals to analyze the current state of an organization internally/externally and will uncover success determinants. This course provides tools that are vital to the longevity of a Nonprofit and ensures that the organization’s accomplishments are not just “a flash in the pan.” Attend: Open to all. Kevin SJV Walsh has been involved in leadership training and organizational development for more than fifteen years. He is the CEO of Global Community Enrichment (GCE), LLC. GCE’s clients consist mostly of Fortune 100 companies, major universities, and international non-profit organizations. Kevin is a Doctorate of Psychology in Organizational Consulting candidate at the The Phillips Graduate Institute in Encino, California. Kevin has dedicated 10 years of service to U.S. Doctors for Africa (USDFA). At USDFA, Kevin also acts as the Vice President of Training and Development. Kevin believes that learning and laughter go hand in hand. |
