| Description |
Description: This course explores: the history of labor unions; collective bargaining process; National Labor Relations Act; employer & employee unfair labor practices, union-free environments; California unions; dispute settlements & arbitration provisions; the right to work statutes.
Successful completion of the HRM Certificate course is a prerequisite for taking the Online Advanced HRM Certificate courses, unless approved by the instructor.
Students must have access to a computer and the Internet to participate in this course. All course activities are done at student's own pace and schedule. To access the course, please follow instructions on the LMU Blackboard link on the Extension home page.
